About us
We are a metalworking company established in 2018 to provide versatile metalworking solutions in various industry fields.
We weld with most common welding processes:
- MIG/MAG 135 and 136 (semi-automatic),
- TIG 141 (tungsten electrode),
- MMA 111 (coated rod electrode),
- 783/784 stud welding.
Different metal alloys:
- Non- and low-alloy carbon steels,
- Austenitic stainless steels,
- Aluminum alloys.
We use professional equipment because we value professional work culture. When welding, we use certified welding procedures (WPQRs) and welding instructions (WPSs).
In addition to welding work, we have competence in planning and monitoring the quality procedures of welding works. We know and are guided by the requirements and guidelines of industry standards (EN 1090-1/1090-2, EN ISO 3834 and others). We issue quality and supervision documentation that meets the requirements for the performed works.
Our team includes:
- EN ISO 9606-1 certified welders
- IIW IWS International Welding Specialist
- IIW IWI International Welding Inspector
- EN ISO 9712 certified NDT inspector
We communicate fluently in Estonian, Russian and English. If necessary, we also serve our customers in Finnish.
Services
In the production workshop
- Project-based manufacturing of construction-industrial and machine-building steel structures,
- Prototyping and mass production of parts.
At construction or customer site
- Site welding of structural or industrial steel structures,
- Repair welding of heavy equipment components,
- Non-destructive testing of welds using VT, MT and PT methods,
- Supervision of welding work as an independent party,
- Spot repair with paint after welding and inspection.
We consult and support
- By reviewing and interpreting project welding specifications and requirements,
- By preparing an action plan for planning and checking quality procedures that meet the requirements,
- With compliance assessment and selection of subcontractors and cooperation partners,
- With project quality documentation.
NB! Kõik keevitustööde ja järelevalvega seotud tegevused protokollitakse ja raporteeritakse vastavalt regulatiivsetele normidele ning kliendi poolt lepingus sätestatud nõuetele.

Peetakse kinni kokkulepitud kuupäevadest ja isegi ,kui vihma sajab ei jää keevitustöö seisma, Töö mida teostatakse on väga kvaliteetne ja dokumenteeritud hiljem ei pea rohkem nende keevis sõlmedega tegelema.

Scanironi meeste jaoks ei ole Ees liiga suur ja ei pea paljuks liikuda ka enam kui 170km kaugusele kodust, mitmeks päevaks, et tagada tööde kiire valmimine.
